About The Training Hub

The Training Hub is 小黄片app’s online learning offer, designed to help people and organisations access high-quality training for adult social care. It brings together learning shaped by sector insight and aligned to recognised standards, making it easier to find training that reflects the realities of care delivery.

小黄片app exists to support a skilled and confident adult social care workforce, and high-quality training is central to that mission. Developing The Training Hub gives people working in care another practical way to access credible, up-to-date learning that fits around busy roles and real service pressures. As the organisation that helps define sector standards - including the Care Certificate, the Care Workforce Pathway and statutory and mandatory training guidance - we are well placed to create learning that aligns with what good care looks like in practice.

We recognise that many organisations provide high-quality training and play an important role in adult social care. We aim to contribute to a strong learning landscape by offering training that is aligned to recognised standards and shaped by the needs of the sector.

Courses are available for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the course will no longer appear in active courses, but any certificates already achieved will still be available.

Refunds and cancellations

Individuals usually have a 14-day statutory cooling‑off period in line with consumer law. However, for eLearning and online learning courses, the cooling‑off period only applies if the learner has not started accessing the content. Once access has begun, the cooling‑off right no longer applies and a refund cannot be offered.

Organisations do not have a cooling‑off period for any 小黄片app learning products. This is because statutory cooling-off rights under consumer law generally apply only to individual consumers buying for personal use, not to organisations or other business purchasers.

No. Once purchased, eLearning modules and online learning courses cannot be cancelled or refunded, as access to digital content is activated immediately on purchase.

If an online facilitated or in‑person learning product is cancelled after the product has been agreed by both parties, cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • 15 business days or less before the agreed delivery date:
    • 100% of the charges, plus any incurred expenses
  • Between 16 and 30 business days (inclusive) before the agreed delivery date:
    • 50% of the charges, plus any incurred expenses

If a course is postponed, no cancellation charge will be applied at that point.

However, if the postponed product is later cancelled, the standard cancellation charges will apply based on the date of cancellation.
